2011-2015 Grants

The following organizations received funding in the years 2011-2015 through our open application process (in alphabetical order). Please note that while the Trio Foundation of St. Louis makes one grant per agency per year, several of the agencies below received funding for various programs in different years.

Best Foot Forward — Boca Raton, FL Support for the College Grounded for Life program that provides continued guidance and support to students aging out of foster care in learning how to navigate the ins and outs of college and living independently. Beyond Housing — St. Louis, MO Support for the After School Program, conducted in collaboration with the Normandy Schools Collaborative and serving approximately 110 youth ages 5-12 who attend a school within the Normandy district.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri — St. Louis, MO To support a pilot of the Big Families Initiative, an effort to involve whole families as Bigs.
